We love to camp, hike, paddle board and do just about anything out in nature. In the past, our jobs have gotten in the way of us checking off all of the places that we want to explore. We are taking a year to visit and explore as many of those places as possible. It’s our mini-retirement, our radical sabbatical.
We are very used to tent camping and usually lead a pretty simple life. For this year, though, we have gone all out and bought a little trailer and have resigned ourselves to burning way more gas than we usually do in our lives. We will meander around the country, trying to stay off the interstates and stay as economical with our fuel as possible, but we will indeed be burning a lot of dead dinosaurs (or algae).
